Mark Dapin

Mark Dapin is an award-winning Australian screenwriter, historian, journalist and academic whose books include Public Enemies, King of the Cross, Spirit House, R&R, The Nasho’s War and Strange Country. He is best known for his long-running column in Good Weekend and the fact that Gordon Ramsay once threw him out of his house. King of the Cross won the Ned Kelly Award for Best First Fiction, and Spirit House was long listed for the Miles Franklin Literary Award and shortlisted for the Age Book of the Year. He is also a PhD candidate at the Australian Defence Force Academy.
