With a career of over thirty years in journalism with Fairfax, in Australia and overseas, Judith Whelan is currently Acting Director of Regional & Local at the ABC managing ABC’s Capital City radio stations, rural and regional teams, regional and local screen content including, sport, live events, and emergency broadcasting. She was Editor of the Sydney Morning Herald after being its News Director and editing Good Weekend magazine.
