Gideon Haigh

London-born cricket-enthusiast Gideon Haigh has been a journalist since 1984, writing about sport, business and more for more than thirty years. He has contributed to more than a hundred newspapers and magazines including The Australian and The Times, written over thirty books and edited seven others. The Momentous, Uneventful Day is his fortieth book, and The Office: a hardworking history won the 2013 Douglas Stewart Prize for Non-Fiction. His newest release This is How I Will Strangle You is the true harrowing account of Natasa, a victim of incest, child sexual abuse and sex slavery.
