Elliot Lindsay

Elliot Lindsay is a historian and writer who specialises in the history and development of crime and subcultures in the East Sydney area and revealing lost and forgotten history. Elliot writes historical true crime segments for several publications across Sydney, including The Daily Telegraph and Neighbourhood Media. He is the founder and host of the Murders Most Foul true crime walking tours in Surry Hills and Darlinghurst, part of his ethos of making history tangible and bringing it to life. He is writing a guide to Sydney’s historical subcultures and underworld to be published in November 2022.
