Claude Robinson

Claude has lived experience of substance misuse and engagement in the criminal justice systems in NSW and Victoria, including more than 7 years of incarceration. He left prison for the last time in September 2007 and embarked on his  journey of recovery. This has seen him  re-engage with education, completing a Diploma of Community Service and a Diploma of Management and Leadership. Over the last 14 years he has built a career in the community services sector, starting as a casual youth worker with City of Sydney. He currently manages the Rainbow Lodge Program which supports men exiting a term of incarnation to reintegrate back into the community.

Claude is a passionate advocate for reform in the criminal justice and prison systems, especially as it relates to people with substance misuse and mental health issues.
